Job Summary

A medical imaging software company is in need of a Remote Information Technology ServiceNow Specialist in Miami.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Developing and implementing solutions for ServiceNow and/or JIRA
  • Creating and configuring workflows based on the business requirements and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a development role for business software (e.g. ERP, CRM, HRM, ITSM, etc)
  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging
  • Experience with Agile development processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Technical knowledge with workflow tools and corporate communication tools such as Google Apps, Slack
