Job Summary

A software developer is in need of a Remote Information Technology Shared Services Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead all technology initiatives and be the trusted partner/advisor for IT helpdesk, cloud, and DevOps
  • Manage business / client requests, demand planning, portfolio and financial management for all IT engagements
  • Align IT services with current and future needs of the business and our customers while improving quality of services delivered

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Management, Information Technology preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of prior and relevant experience leading either business or technology teams required
  • Minimum of 6 years of management experience
  • Experience creating and managing IT budgets
  • Demonstrated track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems
  • Experience leveraging automation to reduce IT complexity, human error and costs
