Job Summary
A network visibility solution has a current position open for a Remote Information Technology Support Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, and email systems
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory including device procurement and device lifecycle management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Has experience building solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Has managed corporate services such as Slack, GSuite
- Has experience with Macintosh, PC, and Linux
- Has experience with ticketing systems, and a bias towards automation and durable processes
- Understands and has experience with Agile project management
- Has experience with mobile device and end-user compute management services such as JAMF and Intune
