Job Summary
A nationwide used car sales and financing company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Support Specialist in Tempe.
Must be able to:
- Provide Help desk support
- Assist users over the phone
- Work alongside other team members on various IT projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Helpdesk experience / call center experience (assiting users over the phone)
- Experience supporting a Citrix environment and Thin Clients
- Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience will be considered
- Exhibits strong customer service skills
- Works with minimal supervision (self-starter/self-motivated)
