Job Summary

A specialty insurance and reinsurance company is in need of a Remote Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Streamlining services to improve efficiency, quality, and usage
  • Coordinating with IT resources to ensure continuous improvement of process
  • Supporting application and service onboarding into DR orchestration service

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience providing IT service delivery
  • At least two years managing service delivery and disaster recovery
  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering information technology services
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Or a combination of education, training and experience that equates to the required degree
  • ITIL/ITSM experience and certification
