Job Summary
A global staffing solutions firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Ingredient and Product Safety Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate the results of preclinical toxicological studies
- Conduct and/or coordinate reviews and toxicological evaluations
- Develop technical documents on various scientific, risk assessment, and regulatory topics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- MS or Ph.D. in Food Toxicology, Toxicology, or related discipline
- 5 years of industry or regulatory experience in the dietary supplement industry
- 6-8 years' experience in the FDA dietary supplement regulatory space
- In-depth working knowledge of FDA dietary supplement product regulations
- A thorough understanding of the FDA enforcement landscape
- Experience in regulation of dietary supplements (equivalent) outside of the US
