Job Summary
A non-profit, Catholic-based health system is in need of a Remote Inpatient Medical Coder.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Appropriately assigning ICD-9, CPT and HCPS codes
- Meeting or exceeding productivity standards
- Appropriately assigning correct DRG
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in an H.I.M. coding department of an acute care facility
- Obtain CCS within first year
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
