Job Summary
A property and casualty insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Inside Coordinated Property Adjuster.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling escalated claims files that have complex contents or additional living expense damages
- Conducting a thorough coverage investigation of the loss and ensure the policy was applied correctly
- Communicating empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of previous experience handling property insurance claims
- Have prior experience using estimating software like Xactimate for complex contents estimating
- Value providing an effortless customer service experience
