Job Summary

A software and services company specializing in solutions for communications service providers is in need of a Remote Inside Sales and Business Development Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading inside sales team with prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing new opportunities
  • Working closely with company leadership to select, evaluate, and recruit new sales talent
  • Accurately forecasting and assessing risk during pipeline reviews with senior leadership

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading a distributed Inside Sales team
  • Inside sales experience as an individual contributor or Sales Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to manage through change, deal with ambiguity and collaborate across teams
  • Possess a positive attitude and have an aggressive desire for results
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles and ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
