Job Summary

A design, development, and manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Insights and Analytics Senior Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Develop relationships to understand company's continually evolving Insights & Analytics organization, driving hiring across the North America region
  • Develop unique recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, along with a focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovation approaches to passive candidate engagement
  • Build and manage progressive strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend the world's top Insights & Analytics talent while delivering diverse slates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' progressive recruitment experiences with experience supporting hiring in data science, insights or analytics; 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Expertise and understanding of the Technical and Analytics industry, marketplace and competitive trends globally
  • Experience recruiting at the Director level and above
  • Expert knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills
  • Experience in facilitation of behavioral-based interviewing
