Job Summary
A financial agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Design Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing detailed needs, gap, and task analysis to assess training needs
- Designing, developing, and implementing learning interventions
- Develop learning solutions using blended learning methodology
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, plus 3+ years of related work experience
- Prior experience creating training material
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, influencing and negotiation skills critical to position
- Ability to influence others positively to meet goals
- Proven experience in Instructional Systems Design (ADDIE Methodology), and competency-based Learning required
- Must have ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
