Job Summary

A management consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Design Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and updating schedules for courses based on the subject matter of the course and strategic plans
• Developing/Updating Training Assets & Training Coordination
• Designing and creating e-learning modules using appropriate software

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant subject
• Demonstrated experience developing learning solutions within a highly regulated industry
• Evidence of progressively taking more responsibility and leading activities in their field
• Experience with instructional design tools such as LMS, Articulate, and Camtasia
