Job Summary
A management consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Design Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and updating schedules for courses based on the subject matter of the course and strategic plans
- Developing/Updating Training Assets & Training Coordination
- Designing and creating e-learning modules using appropriate software
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant subject
- Demonstrated experience developing learning solutions within a highly regulated industry
- Evidence of progressively taking more responsibility and leading activities in their field
- Experience with instructional design tools such as LMS, Articulate, and Camtasia
