Job Summary
A not-for-profit organization is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps and learning needs
- Planning and managing instructional design projects
- Creating engaging learning activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively in written, oral, and digital formats that build engagement and interest
- Ability to learn and understand a variety of computer programs and applications
- Experience with Articulate, Captivate, Lectora and/or other eLearning development software
- Experience creating facilitator and participant guides
- Experience with project management or change management
