Job Summary
A private nursing college is filling a position for a Remote Instructional Designer.
Must be able to:
- Communicate regularly and professionally with entire development team
- Conduct needs assessment, identify learner gaps, analyze data, and make recommendations for content enhancements
- Collaborates with colleagues in developing tools and templates for instructional development
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience designing online and/or blended courses, preferably in a higher education context
- Experience working with faculty to design, deliver, implement and maintain curriculum projects
- Experience incorporating technology and media to enhance instruction and improve learning
- Ability to grasp complex subject matter and synthesize information quickly
