A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Applying proven instructional design theories, practice, and methodologies
• Identifying performance gaps and prioritize work based on organizational needs
• Designing and developing engaging, informative, and visually compelling learning experiences

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, and/or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of professional instructional design and training enablement
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle
• Strong project management and leadership skills to achieve target timelines
• Proven experience designing both instructor-led and online courses
• Strict attention to detail in producing, writing, and performing quality control on all coursework and materials
