Job Summary
A non-profit, faith-based healthcare organization has an open position for a Remote Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps and learning needs
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Planning and managing instructional design projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design, applying principles of adult learning
- Ability to learn and understand a variety of computer programs and applications
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience creating facilitator and participant guides
- Experience with Articulate, Captivate, Lectora and/or other eLearning development software
- Experience with project management or change management
