Job Summary
A sales and marketing outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing basic courses by defining learning objectives
- Writing effective assessments that facilitate learner retention
- Designing and developing learning solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 years of experience in development of courseware training materials
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, evaluation methodologies, and certification development
- Extensive experience developing self-paced and instructor-led curricula, online tutorials and assessments
- Extensive experience with authoring tools (Articulate required) and learning management systems
- Advanced experience in multimedia development (e.g., Vyond, Visme, etc)
- Intermediate experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
