Job Summary

A financial service company is seeking a Remote Instructional Designer I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
• Identify and manage existing and emerging risks
• Organize course content to produce curriculum that meets learning needs of the business

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to apply concept solutions to every project
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
• 4 years progressive work experience in instructional design
• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Experience with instructional authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Adobe Suite
