Job Summary
A financial technology company specializing in mortgage loan automation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Designer II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting & analyzing training needs assessments following conventional instructional design methodologies
- Interviewing business owners, analysts, system developers & other functional & technical personnel as part of needs assessment
- Developing a solid understanding of our products to complete task analysis and determine training requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Thorough knowledge of instructional design principles and methodology
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services industries
- Understanding of adult education concepts
- Knowledge of information design and mapping concepts
