An IT outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Instructional Designer in Boca Raton.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing and developing Risk Management customer and sales curriculum
• Creating and maintaining learning templates, content design requirements and guidelines
• Ensuring effective content management, customer and internal delivery and support mechanisms

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Advanced knowledge and use of adult learning theory
• 5 - 10 years’ experience in developing high quality, revenue impacting blended curriculum
• Advanced interviewing, instructional analysis, and evaluation skills
• Ability to translate analysis results into practical learning solutions
• All other requirements necessary for this position
