Job Summary

A non-profit organization that is dedicated to ministering the prison population is seeking a Remote Instructional Designer in Landowne.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing needs & defining the scope of client engagements, craft learning objectives, and create learning activities
• Coordinating with subject matter experts, design team members, facilitators & clients to help learners acquire knowledge, skills, etc

Qualifications Include:

• Strong knowledge of instructional design methods, theories & practices
• Ability to apply effective message design principles to writing, editing, and publishing intranet content
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Solid understanding of basic principles of the Christian faith
• Bachelor’s degree or M.Ed. (preferred) in instructional design
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
