Job Summary
A professional services provider is seeking a Remote Instructional Technology Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Hire, promote, discipline, and fire subordinate employees in the areas of instructional design and frontend development
- Lead efforts to foster innovative learning experiences such as new knowledge checks, incorporation of gamification & simulations
- Ensure conformance to internal KnowBe4 learning standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- M.S. or M.A. or M.Ed. in Instructional Technology (or comparable work experience) required
- 10+ years of relevant experience delivering eLearning at the scale of at least hundreds of thousands of users across the globe
- Experience with content creation and planning for the web, iOS, iBooks, Android, and other interactive media/mobile platforms
- 5+ years experience with the outside vendor management
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including proper use of grammar and spelling
- Experience analyzing usage, focus group, and feedback reports
