Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Associate Commercial Underwriter in Northbrook.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and prepare quotes, new business, endorsements, and renewals within referral guidelines for position
- Work with team to perform quality reviews, identify patterns and adherence to Service Level Agreement goals, and recommend improvements
- Answer difficult inquiries and complaints regarding market direction, interpretation of policy, procedures, rules and regulations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years underwriting experience
- Knowledge of all underwriting/rating systems
