Job Summary
A policyholder-owned insurance firm is in need of a Remote Insurance Claim Support Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a suite of best practice guidelines to ensure compliance with our regulatory requirements
- Driving technology solutions that ensure our practices and processes are compliant by default
- Ensuring the quality audit process is sufficiently measuring adherence to Compliance requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Minimum of 5+ years of personal lines claims management experience
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Ability to manage multiple areas of responsibility
- Proven ability to deliver results
