Job Summary

A policyholder-owned insurance firm is in need of a Remote Insurance Claim Support Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing a suite of best practice guidelines to ensure compliance with our regulatory requirements
  • Driving technology solutions that ensure our practices and processes are compliant by default
  • Ensuring the quality audit process is sufficiently measuring adherence to Compliance requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel is required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of personal lines claims management experience
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Ability to manage multiple areas of responsibility
  • Proven ability to deliver results
