Job Summary

A customer engagement service provider has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Claims Adjuster Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Answering incoming communications from customers
  • Investigating, evaluating, and adjusting low to moderately complex claims

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Claims experience and an understanding of First Notification of Loss
  • Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
