Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Claims Call Center Agent in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Attend a 4-hour training to learn script/how to handle calls
- Field incoming calls with respect to disaster claims
- Manage data entry with regards to the customers and calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to attend training
- Ability to work weekend days as needed
- High School Education
- Professional, excellent communication skills
- Tech savvy, ability to pick up on the software and type 35wpm+
