Job Summary

An insurance provider has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting customer inquiries and policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates and billing issues
  • Providing care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy while setting up new claim reports
  • Facilitating in bound calls with superb customer service solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have two years of post-secondary education or higher or two years of customer service experience
  • Have a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
  • A remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Mode ; minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps up
