Job Summary

A call center outsourcing services company is seeking a Remote Insurance Customer Care Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Effectively respond via the telephone to concerns
  • Utilize multiple processing systems and follow procedures
  • Act as the caller’s advocate via the telephone

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Two or more years of customer service experience
  • Documentation, data entry, organization and problem-solving skills are imperative
  • Ability to obtain, organize and present information and ability to handle multiple tasks as assigned
