Job Summary
A benefits management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Customer Care Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls providing customer service to Policyholders, Employees, Brokers, and Claimants
- Communicate complex information in terms callers will understand
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
