Job Summary

A benefits management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Customer Care Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls providing customer service to Policyholders, Employees, Brokers, and Claimants
  • Communicate complex information in terms callers will understand

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
