Job Summary
An insurance and financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Customer Retention Representative in McKinney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with customers' policy related questions and verifying and documenting information
- Clearly explaining the policy benefits and premiums due to customers
- Solving complex policyholder issues with a positive attitude
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sitting and wearing a headset for extended periods of time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills – being friendly, efficient, and a good listener
- Proficiency for using the computer, keyboard functions and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
