Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Customer Retention Representative in McKinney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with customers' policy related questions and verifying and documenting information
  • Clearly explaining the policy benefits and premiums due to customers
  • Solving complex policyholder issues with a positive attitude

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sitting and wearing a headset for extended periods of time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills – being friendly, efficient, and a good listener
  • Proficiency for using the computer, keyboard functions and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
