Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Relationship Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide support for a wide variety of business insurance products and services
  • Identify forward-thinking solutions that resolve both stated and un-stated needs
  • Effectively handle transactions in compliance with regulatory guidelines for all states

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years of customer service in insurance, financial services and/or relevant direct customer service and/or sales
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in High volume customer experience/support role
  • Highly skilled verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to think within a structured work environment while focusing on the customer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple programs and effectively use on-line resources
  • Proven ability to learn in virtual environment
