Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative II in McAllen.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of phone calls from agents and customers
- Perform pre-underwriting screening
- Verify coverage, evaluate submitted bills, and authorize payments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of related work experience including prior call center experience with a customer service background
- High level of accuracy with data entry
- Good working knowledge of PC based computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office
