Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Columbus.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling a high volume of phone calls from agents and customers
  • Performing pre-underwriting screening
  • Verifying coverage, evaluating submitted bills, and authorizing payments

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of related work experience including prior call center experience with a customer service background
  • High level of accuracy with data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Must be available to work until 11:05 pm CST Monday-Friday, and until 7:05 pm CST on Saturdays
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
