Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Hilton Head.
Must be able to:
- Take inbound calls
- Answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
- Work with commercial auto policies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher or two years of relevant work experience
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Have customer service experience
- Can navigate through multiple computer systems
