Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Design Researcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing studies across product segments while collaborating with the senior researcher
- Gaining user insights on design and product hypotheses on medium-complexity projects
- Conducting research using diverse methods that are common to UX, HCI, and social sciences
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least a year of relevant experience within a behavioral research function
- Interest in growth and develop to further expand this role’s responsibilities
- Demonstrated competence with discovery and generative research requiring larger qualitative datasets
- Ability to meet and serve design teams where they are, and set them up for success
- Strong communication skills, including storytelling, writing, and presentation
