Job Summary
A private online marketplace for health insurance is seeking a Remote Insurance Industry Marketing Insights and Analytics Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing data and presenting actionable information and recommendations to help make informed business decisions
- Leading the definition of metrics, data architecture and data pipelines to support Data Analysis, Reporting, and Predictive Modeling
- Engaging on various projects and personally contributing to their success
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 15 years experience in marketing analytics
- 5+ years experience leading a team of direct reports
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts
- Experience with data mining and machine learning algorithms for advanced analysis, predictions, and insights
- Understanding of cloud platform principles for deployment of pipelines and models to facilitate data access and integration
- Advanced skills with BI tools and how to prepare data and associated visualizations to maximize impact
