Job Summary

An insurance brokerage company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Industry Quality Assurance Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct call reviews
  • Assist in delivery and creation of new hire and continuous improvement training
  • Update Sales Leadership team on trends and agent performance

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to attend on-site training
  • 1+ years in insurance sales
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance and Non-Standard insurance is preferred
  • Computer skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Maintains Resident State Producers License, Property/Casualty
