Job Summary

A retail company is in need of a Remote Insurance Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being the subject matter expert on US insurance products and operations
• Identifying insurance trends using real data, compile analysis reports
• Providing high quality customer service to policyholders, answering technical insurance queries and resolving issues

Position Requirements Include:

• Attend two yearly in-person gatherings that involve travel
• Ability to work cross-functionally beyond core role with product, actuary, executives, engineering, and business development
• Enthusiasm for innovation, technology, and change within the insurance industry
• 5+ years working in commercial or personal lines insurance with experience in a core product or customer focused role
