Job Summary

A business process solutions company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Policy Phone Auditor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Completing audits remotely for Property & Casualty insurance policies
  • Working directly with the policyholder or their contact, over the phone, to obtain payroll and other accounting record information
  • Applying correct classifications and exposure amounts for these policies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Have an associates or bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping
  • Have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience
  • Experience working directly with the public, preferably on the phones
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate both written and orally
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organization and time management skills
