Job Summary
A business process solutions company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Policy Phone Auditor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing audits remotely for Property & Casualty insurance policies
- Working directly with the policyholder or their contact, over the phone, to obtain payroll and other accounting record information
- Applying correct classifications and exposure amounts for these policies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have an associates or bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping
- Have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience
- Experience working directly with the public, preferably on the phones
- Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate both written and orally
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organization and time management skills
