Job Summary
An insurance provider is in need of a Remote Insurance Referrals Product Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning, initiating, managing and reporting on projects that drive Referral growth
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute Referral tests and initiatives
- Owning the success of the Referral channel in the context of aggressive goals
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Comfortable being responsible for performance in a high-visibility, high-importance area of the business
- Fluent in conversion funnels and are able to direct the build of data needed to manage them
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make decisions based on data
- Comfortable working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team
- Comfortable developing and owning initiatives from start to finish in response to needs identified by yourself and others
