Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Insurance Sales and Service Representative in Hattiesburg.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to support their needs
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Typing 25 WPM
- 6 months sales experience minimum
