A multinational insurance and banking firm has an open position for a Remote Insurance Sales Desk Operations Support Specialist in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being the primary contact for sales force personnel
• Providing direct support for inquiries pertaining to Individual Retirement
• Maintaining a streamlined process for the review of paperwork

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of call center and/or customer service experience
• 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of product features
• Knowledge of all Individual Retirement products and administrative systems
• Proven ability to work autonomously, while being a part of a cohesive team.
