Job Summary
An auto insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Make appropriate number of contacts each day, week and month
- Set goals for each agent and develop strategies and tactics within the office to attain those goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum Associates Degree or CIC Designation, or 5 years of management experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Insurance Sales with demonstrated performance in achieving sales goals
- Experience in auto insurance
