Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Sales Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly team and company sales targets
- Select, manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Monitor productivity of associates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years progressive leadership experience
- Currently possess or the ability to obtain Property/Casualty Producer’s License within 60 days
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
