Job Summary
A financial indemnity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take ownership of any inquiry, issue, problem, or error
- Answer inbound calls and fields questions pertinent to an existing insurance policy
- Document specific details of call interaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess proficiency in ability to type while speaking to customers
- Ability to successfully complete HIPPA certification annually (Health)
- Ability to multi-task and manage several systems on a daily basis
