Job Summary
An interest group in the United States is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Integrated Communications and Marketing Contact Center Outsource Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the relationship with key vendors and business partners
- Designing systems and training in support of members and external and internal partners
- Overseeing and implementing improvements to systems and processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 10+ years contact center experience
- Direct experience using text analytics tools for consumer experience management
- Direct experience using behavioral competency models
- 6+ years of direct experience managing teams responsible for improving consumer experiences
- Experience working for or representing major brands
- Demonstrated advanced experience with data analytics and reporting
