Job Summary
A multinational biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Integration Management Office Senior Human Resource Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support overall strategy for GTS and other specific Company initiatives
- Solves problems, manages escalations, and navigates change effectively
- Support the development of objectives, project plans and resource needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology related field
- 8+ years of related experience and knowledge
- Experience in Commercial, Product Management and/or strategy execution
- Have operational and project management experience, understanding KPIs, PPI process, metrics
- Must have an outstanding attention to detail, strong communication and collabortive influence skills
