Job Summary

A legal staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Interim Healthcare Regulatory Counsel in Brockway.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing new provider agreements to ensure compliance with Stark/Anti-Kickback regulations
  • Reviewing Medical Director agreements to ensure fair market determination for rates, payment terms
  • Reviewing standard hospice agreements and staffing agreements for healthcare facilities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Sits in Western Pennsylvania
  • JD
  • 2 years of contracts review experience
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating healthcare agreements
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory issues
