Job Summary
A chartered, private, not-for-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Internal and Regional Communications Manager in Arlington.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting organizational & regional communications to communicate & promote our activities & programs
- Overseeing & managing internal & regional communications channels to ensure on-time delivery of messages & information
- Developing, writing & publishing editorial content regarding internal efforts to carry out our mission and its programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 5+ years of work experience in a communications role
- Experience developing and supporting employee and internal communications programs and activities
- Experience working in an enterprise wide environment and in a national and/or global organization
- Strong understanding of public relations strategies and tactics along with an interest in current events, news, and trends
