Job Summary

A personal finance company is seeking a Remote Internal Tools and Systems Product Director.

Must be able to:

  • Create, manage, and own the business outcome of the Ad Platform and Tools Product roadmap
  • Evaluate technical and market insights to make tradeoffs that maximize short-term impact and long-term value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to steer the tools roadmap

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years leading a successful team and working cross functionally with departments to drive consistent results
  • Experience building and evolving a product tools roadmap
  • Demonstrated history of finding innovative technology-based solutions to improve user experience
  • Demonstrated success in identifying business drivers
  • Demonstrated success in utilizing data to evaluate feature success
  • Demonstrated mastery working within an Agile framework and SCRUM implementation
